1. Data Collection and Usage

The service processes the necessary email, account security data, submitted photos and descriptions, generated results, and credit records for accounts, character reference image generation, billing, and support services. Identity data unrelated to these purposes is not collected, and plaintext passwords are not stored.

2. Providers, processing regions and training

Provider disclosure unverified.

This website does not proactively use private photos for training or promotion; provider data processing conditions are described in the privacy disclosures.

3. Retention, security and deletion

Unsubmitted uploads are cleaned after 1 hours. References are retained for 1 days from upload (active tasks keep private working bytes); results for 30 days from saving; descriptions for 30 days.

Administrators have no default right to browse private photos. For quality support, identity must first be verified through support and your explicit consent obtained for the specific task result, purpose, permitted viewers and period. Only a reference to the restricted support record is registered, not complete emails or identity documents. Reference originals, complete prompts and undelivered files are outside this authorization. Registration, changes, revocation and each allowed or denied access are logged with the operator and necessary audit information. You can withdraw authorization via support; revocation, deleting work, closing the account, or image expiry stops subsequent access without extending the original retention. Copies already saved or captured cannot be guaranteed to be recovered. Authorization records and necessary audits are kept restricted according to applicable law and retention disclosures on this page, and are not kept indefinitely due to this function.

4. User rights and account closure

Completed works can be deleted. Access, correction, withdrawal, deletion during processing, account closure and complaints are handled through support after identity verification. Pending tasks and unused paid credits are settled before sessions are revoked and non-essential data deleted. Necessary accounting and audit records remain restricted. Retention and processing periods follow applicable law and the privacy disclosures; third-party and backup deletion is not promised to be immediate.

5. Contact and Version Changes

If policies change, you will be notified as required.
