Terms of service

1. Service and Effect Boundaries

Targeted at adult users with necessary photo usage rights and character authorization, uploading one specified character reference and describing or selecting a single-person new scene.

100% similarity, character resurrection, psychological therapy, identity verification, or body measurement are not guaranteed. Preserving the original appearance is prioritized without proactive beautification, youth-enhancement, or slimming; unshown parts are speculative and cannot be called accurate restorations. Successful technical delivery does not equate to character effect approval.

2. Authorization and Prohibited Uses

Photo copyrights and character-related rights must all be verified; possessing a photo, an interrupted relationship, or the inability to contact the person does not automatically equal obtaining necessary authorization. The generation page does not have character status selections or protocol checkboxes; clicking generate means agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and confirming being an adult with necessary photo usage rights and character authorization. Each submission logs the accepted version and time.

Infringement, impersonation fraud, sexualizing real people, insult, defamation, and other such uses are prohibited; comply with supplier and applicable content rules. AI generation notices are displayed by default, image identification is implemented per actual applicable requirements and contracts, and malicious de-identification services are not provided.

3. Credits, Delivery, and Quality Feedback

1 credit corresponds to 1 successfully delivered task and 1 decodable, download-ready image meeting public specifications. Submission freezes 1 credit, which converts to consumption upon success, and the freeze is released upon failure or safety rejection. Uploading, previewing, refreshing, and downloading do not deduct credits.

Each user has a maximum of 1 unfinished task; user queuing or cancellation is not provided. "Doesn't look alike" does not trigger automatic unlimited free retries; feedback via email can be manually reviewed for compensation per public quality rules. Regenerating is a new task and consumes 1 credit upon success, using the original reference; if the original image is deleted or authorization withdrawn, it must be re-uploaded, and submission still confirms the terms via the generate click.

4. Credit Acquisition and Manual Refunds

Credits are issued by administrators by default, categorized into grants, compensation, and manual payments (gift credits for new registrations are grants). Online payments, subscription packages, or auto-renewals are not provided; credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable.

Only unused credits from verified payments are eligible for manual refunds under published rules and applicable consumer requirements. Identity is verified, new tasks paused and active tasks settled before the original source, receipt and integer minor-unit amount are reconciled. Gifts (including registration gifts) and compensation cannot be redeemed for cash; no automatic refunds are offered.

5. Retention, Suspension, and Discontinuation

Unsubmitted uploads are cleaned after 1 hours. References are retained for 1 days from upload (active tasks keep private working bytes); results for 30 days from saving; descriptions for 30 days.

Previews and downloads stop upon expiration or deletion. Suspended accounts cannot add new tasks, but legitimate work downloads, customer service, and privacy request channels are retained.
